• No names, email addresses, or contact details are collected

• No third-party analytics services are used
• No advertising identifiers are collected

Data Usage

The only data the app uses is the training data you create — your programs, exercises, and workout logs. This data is used solely to provide the app's functionality to you. It is never processed, analyzed, or used for any other purpose.

Data Storage

All data is stored locally on your iPhone. Askesis does not use any company-owned servers or external databases. If iCloud is enabled on your device, your data may also sync privately to your personal iCloud account via Apple's CloudKit — this is handled entirely by Apple and is never accessible to us. If you delete the app, your local data is permanently removed from your device.

Data Sharing

Askesis does not share, sell, rent, or transfer your data to any third party. No data leaves your device.

User Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it at all times. You can delete your data by removing it within the app or by deleting the app from your device.
